STONE AND BLOOM
An Amsterdam Floral Retreat
APRIL 13 - 16, 2026
Amsterdam and flowers are inseparable. From April 13–16, we invite flower-loving travelers from all over to join us for an immersive, intimate, multi-day retreat that celebrates both floral artistry and the charm of this extraordinary city.
Designed for those who want to deep dive into all things flower-related, this experience blends hands-on floral design with unforgettable exploration of Amsterdam. Learn to create inspired arrangements alongside renowned floral designer Jen Stone of Stonekelly Events and Florals, while discovering the city through a beautifully curated itinerary led by her daughter Sophie, a local who knows Amsterdam inside and out.
Jen Stone of Stonekelly Events and Florals is a world-renowned floral and event designer with more than 30 years of experience. A true pioneer in the floral and events industry, Jen is celebrated for her distinctive artistic approach, drawing on her background in fine arts to “paint” with flowers and create intricate and unforgettable tablescapes.
Stonekelly is an internationally sought-after design studio known for producing thousands of large-scale, visually striking events across the globe. Their work has been featured in Vogue, Brides, The New York Times, Harper’s Bazaar, New York Magazine and more.
For those passionate about florals, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of the industry’s most respected creatives, set in a destination celebrated worldwide for its flowers.

EXPERIENCE
During the retreat we really want you to experience the magic of Holland!
All of these exciting excursions and transportation will be included in your ticket price:
-
A private, behind-the-scenes tour of the Aalsmeer Flower Auction, the world’s largest floriculture marketplace. As the Netherlands leads the world in exporting cut flowers and bulbs, you’ll gain rare access to the fast-paced inner workings of this remarkable place! Guided by floral exporters themselves, you’ll get to experience the energy and scale of the global flower trade up close.
-
A private visit to the tulip fields during their peak season! Here you will be able to take photos with a professional photographer amongst the never-ending rows of vibrantly colored tulips. This excursion will be in partnership with Bloomeffects, an incredible skincare company who makes their products using tulip bulbs from these very fields!
-
A private tour to see the best of the Rijksmuseum. Seeing these Dutch masters and the incredible and iconic still-life paintings in person will be great inspiration for the arrangements and tablescapes that we will design later on!
-
A private canal boat tour of the city. What could be better than sipping champagne and nibbling canapés while floating along the canals of Amsterdam?
